Most frequently asked questions and answers

All of our gifts come beautifully presented. We offer a range of reusable packaging for our hampers as well. There is a description with every hamper outlining how each hamper comes, we also make sure to source the best packaging possible at a great price for you.

We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our hampers. You can customize the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit on checkout page.

Each Hamper comes with a gift card on top of the hamper with the name of the sender.

We have gone to great lengths to source the best products that we can to go in all of ours hampers. Curiosity Hampers source their products mainly from the Bellarine Peninsula area (Bellarine Taste Trail). We have great relationships with all our suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best products and range for all of our gifts.

We use a combination of a tissue paper,non woven wrapping and packing foam and carefully place the goods inside the hamper. We also use a trusted courier service. In the rare case that your hamper arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team to organize a replacement.

We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.

We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product

If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.

We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.

 Local pickup is available. We also offer free shipping for all hampers purchased Australia wide

We offer same day delivery for Bellarine, Geelong and Surf Coast area. All orders for same day delivery, need to be ordered by 11am that day. Please write comment when checking out if you like this option.

Orders placed before 6pm can have next day delivery Monday to Friday to Melbourne CBD areas.

 

 

 

We offer Free Delivery Victoria Wide.

Flat fee $5 to rest of Australia states.

 

Our Hampers are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being received, and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to call us immediately on 0498 111 661 (business days 9am-6pm AEST).or email us on sales@curiosityhampers.com

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our carriers for delivery. In the rare event that you or your recipient are not happy with the hamper or its contents. Please contact our Team on 0498 111 661 or sales@curiosityhampers.com.

We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed.

If the hamper has left our warehouse but has not yet been delivered, it will first need to be delivered to the recipient and then returned to us as we are unable to redirect an order once it is already on the road.

The return must be received within 30 days of the original date of dispatch.

NOTE: Shipping charges will apply to send the replacement item

All hampers are sent with Geelong Express and Border Express.

Local Hampers are delivered by staff of Curiosity Hampers and once delivery is safely made a email is sent directly to purchaser to advise of time the hamper was delivered.

When your order is  placed through our website, once the hamper is  dispatched  an email with your tracking number will be provided

For bulk orders our sales team member will  directly contact you to provide you with your tracking number.

We will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. A person under the Age of 18 cannot receive or accept delivery of a Wine Hamper or Gift.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the person placing the online order to ensure that all order details (date, time, delivery location, dietary requirements and onsite contact) are correct.

Deposit 

50% deposit is needed if you book a catering function.

Remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to function.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made to an order with more than 7 days notice prior to function date, the deposit is fully refundable.

If cancellation is made between 4 days before the function, deposit amount is not refundable 

Special occasion catering, including but not limited to Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day, etc. can only be cancelled / refunded at least 5 days in advance. Cancellation / refund requests within 5 days of delivery will not be considered and no refund (partial or otherwise) will be issued.

Please Contact us if you’d like to cancel or make a change to your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. Please allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed.

Order Changes

Curiosity Hampers have the right to adjust the invoice for any changes requested, or adjustments made, prior to delivery of your catering order.
