All of our gifts come beautifully presented. We offer a range of reusable packaging for our hampers as well. There is a description with every hamper outlining how each hamper comes, we also make sure to source the best packaging possible at a great price for you.
We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our hampers. You can customize the message that is written in the cards with a very large character limit on checkout page.
We have gone to great lengths to source the best products that we can to go in all of ours hampers. Curiosity Hampers source their products mainly from the Bellarine Peninsula area (Bellarine Taste Trail). We have great relationships with all our suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best products and range for all of our gifts.
We use a combination of a tissue paper,non woven wrapping and packing foam and carefully place the goods inside the hamper. We also use a trusted courier service. In the rare case that your hamper arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team to organize a replacement.
We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.
We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product
If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.
We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.
Local pickup is available. We also offer free shipping for all hampers purchased Australia wide
We offer same day delivery for Bellarine, Geelong and Surf Coast area. All orders for same day delivery, need to be ordered by 11am that day. Please write comment when checking out if you like this option.
Our Hampers are dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being received, and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to call us immediately on 0498 111 661 (business days 9am-6pm AEST).
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our carriers for delivery. In the rare event that you or your recipient are not happy with the hamper or its contents. Please contact our Team on 0498 111 661 or [email protected]

We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed.
If the hamper has left our warehouse but has not yet been delivered, it will first need to be delivered to the recipient and then returned to us as we are unable to redirect an order once it is already on the road.
The return must be received within 30 days of the original date of dispatch.
NOTE: Shipping charges will apply to send the replacement item
All hampers are sent with Sendle or Star Track.
